    My wife and I wanted to support small businesses and went to buy a wood stove from the Suburban store in Pickerington. They were very nice and explained the stoves and what kind of stove we would need for our home. We explained that our old stove was an 8 inch pipe and our new stove was a 6 inch, but they said it was not a problem and had what we needed. We didn't want to pay $750 dollars for them to install it as we had family to help us move the old stove out and the new stove in. That's pretty much when the good customer service stopped. They didn't have the parts needed for us to install the stove, told us it would now take weeks to order what we needed. It took several weeks to get the stove and now we would have to wait weeks to acquire the needed parts to finish installation. So what it feels like to us is once they get your money, they just move on. I would not recommend this small business for your woodstove needs in any way. He told me that if I would have paid for installation that they then would have ordered the necessary parts, but since we didn't, it wasn't their responsibility. Stay far away from this company.

    Complete lack of respect for time. Even after calling this morning to confirm what we were told was a 10:00 appointment, it’s now 12:45 and after not answering the phone or returning my messages for the last hour I just heard that the tech is on one more stop before he gets here. No apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience from the man on the phone at the store. I took an entire morning off of work and now have to sacrifice my afternoon as well. They were polite when we had them come out for routine maintenance but now that we had to preorder an expensive part ($400+) to fix the problem, and they have us tied into using them because of it, they don’t seem to have any care or respect for communicating with their customers. This will be the last money they get from us. Take your business to someone who actually cares about keeping it. UPDATE: The service tech was very pleasant and helpful as he was last time and worked very quickly. I feel badly that he probably has to walk into homes of angry customers a lot simply because of the rudeness of the staff that answers the phone at the office and the scheduling changes that dont get communicated to the customers.
